Air Astana, the flag carrier of Kazakhstan, is set to purchase up to 15 Boeing 787 Dreamliners in order to modernize and grow its fleet.
The airline has selected the Boeing 787-9 and when finalised, the order witll be Air Astana’s largest ever singlae aircraft order.
Air Astana will also acquire three more Dreamliners via Lessors bringing the total number of 787-9s in their fleet to 18.

Currrently, Air Astana operates three Boeing 767 aircraft on flights from Kazakhstan to destinations in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
